WELLNESS ASSISTANCE
We provide financial and wellness assistance to families who are living with congenital heart disease. Our assistance helps pay household expenses, medical costs, and travel expenses while a child or individual with CHD is hospitalized. We also provide additional resources and connections. VCF's funding will help alleviate some of the stress that occurs from hospitalizations and on-going medical costs.
We simply want to do our part to help the millions of families who have a child with CHD
right now and the 40,000 infants who will be born with it this year.
WE ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FROM FAMILIES OR INDIVIDUALS WHO RESIDE IN NJ ONLY AT THIS TIME.
