WELLNESS AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
A major element of VCF's work is to provide financial and wellness assistance to families who are living with congenital heart disease.
Our assistance comes in the form of gift cards, visa cards, connections to resources and more. VCF's funding will help alleviate some of the stress that occurs from hospitalizations and on-going medical costs.
We simply want to do our part to help the millions of families who have a child with CHD
right now and the 40,000 infants who will be born with it this year.
