Wellness assistance for adults
We provide financial and wellness assistance to individuals who are living with congenital heart disease. Our assistance helps pay household expenses, medical costs, and travel expenses while a child or individual with CHD is hospitalized. We also provide additional resources and connections. VCF's funding will help alleviate some of the stress that occurs from hospitalizations and on-going medical costs.
We simply want to do our part to help the millions of people who have a CHD diagnosis.
WE ARE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FROM ADULTS WHO RESIDE IN NJ ONLY AT THIS TIME.
